Our staff was really helpful and extraordinarily friendly and who had the night shift. Though beds were not very comfortable, we truly enjoyed the stay here.

Had a very very good stay during our visit. Staff were always excellent and accommodating. The bathroom was clean. It opened onto the rear.

The staff were all amiable and accommodating, who had the night shift. The room was well-maintained and air conditioned, included a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. Bathroom was exceptionally clean as was a bathtub.

Well-maintained and air-conditioned rooms with separate beds. Particularly good and incredible location, in a nice residential area.

Welcoming staff who had the night shift and big and fairly quiet rooms. Will be back.

Enjoyed drinks and atmosphere at Prince Alfred, placed 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It was nice to have rooms with a large window, a fridge, a sink in the bathroom.

No elevator, sadly.

The setting was particularly good and magnificent. Moreover, the area was secure and near restaurants and pubs.

Magnificent setting close to everything you want to see on a short London visit. Found close enough to many restaurants, pubs and cafes, shops, tube, and Queensway underground stations which provide good connection links to the rest of the city. Amazingly kind staff who had the night shift.

I really enjoyed incredibly kind and accommodating staff. It was in a Georgian house really close to Queensway and Bayswater and winter wonderland and local amenities.

Holiday base for travelling to London and sightseeing. Situated in a marvellous and lovely spot. So close to two stations a stones throw away, Bayswater and Queensway, shops and bus/tube routes and the Kensington garden and Bayswater undrground station.

Staff was affable and absolutely friendly at any hour. It was protected with smoke detectors.

They kept the place clean, everything was good. It was 20 km from London City airport. Was only here for trip, yet will be back.

We had a very comfortable trip here. The staff were as nice as possible.

Great location, vibrant area, hot showers, good WiFi, nice and clean.

Can't fault the property in any way.
